- ometimes if we have free time to wind up, we can’t control ourselves to fantasizing about anything you’d like to fantasize in our mind. To be honest, I really like to fantasize everything that makes me feel comfortable. I, sometimes, have a hard time to struggle up the challenges that I faced in my current life. I don’t even know why I really like to compare myself to others who have achieved what they want, or they have a stable economy. That makes me feel low and less potent than the others.
To keep up your mental health healthy and less-stressed mind, I want to share some tips that, maybe, can help your mind relaxed while you’re under pressure.
FIND YOU A PERFECT SPACE FOR YOUR MIND AND BODY.
Everyone has their private space to fantasize. Bedroom, bathroom, park, sofa, etc. But make sure that place is comfortable for you to fantasize. If you have no time to find your favorite space to fantasize, you can make your current space comfortable. For example, you’re sitting all day long in your office. You can use your office desk or office chair to lean your body on. After you get your body relaxed, you can proceed to the next step.
START FANTASIZING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT YOU LIKE.
Now you can start creating your fantasy. You can start with something that you like, for example, if you like to watch an action movie, you can make yourself the main character in that movie. I like to fantasize about myself become the main character in a game. I like to put myself as a person who has the super ability to beat-up villain. If you have a difficult time to start fantasizing, you can start by thinking a person you genuinely hate and start making a story that you’re facing him in a place where you can beat the person you hate easily. Actually, that’s a bad way to start fantasizing, but if you want to have a peaceful fantasy, you can start thinking about your next week vacation, or you suddenly have USD 100.000.000 in your bank account.
KEEP FANTASIZING IF YOU HAVE FREE TIME.
If you think it is enough for you to fantasize something, you can start your work again. If you want to continue your fantasy, you can start writing about your fantasy of yourself on your note. You can publish your fantasy work to your blog or you can make a novel from it. Take it positively and use it as your assets for your works.
You can try this when you have a hard time working or doing something. If you have a revenge to others person, please don’t do anything harmful for them or witchhunt them. Instead of doing an unnecessary thing for to revenge, you can use your mind to fantasize your revenge for people that you hate. You can still revenge them, in your fantasy, without harming others and you still get your mental health healthy.
